Welcome To Heaven Bound Baptist Church

Heaven Bound Baptist Church,   is an independentental,fundamental, King James only baptist church.  In November of 2002 the founding memebers of Heaven Bound saw a need in our community and organized the church. In May of 2003 we voted in our pastor, Jason Moore.          

WE  BELIEVE: The 1611 King James Bible to be the inerrant, infallible, Word of God for the English speaking people.  Through these words of life we find that salvation comes through the substitutionary sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross of Calvary.  If a person  believes in his heart that Jesus is the Son of God, of which God raised from the dead, is willing to repent of their sins, and calls upon him to be his Savior then God will save him.  It is not through our own works bt through his finished work on Calvary                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

God the Father: God is supreme in His person, eternal in His being, absolute in His attributes, and glorious in His perfection.  He is the first of the Trinity

Jesus Christ: is the only begotten Son of God, born of a virgin. His diety as God in the flesh and his sinless life.  His bodily resurection and ascension and his personal premellennial soon coming return.

The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Tinity.  It is the Holy Spirit that is instrumental in convicting and comforting man.  It is also the Holy Spirit which impowers and enables us to do God's will.

        We are now in our new building that the Lord has so graciously blessed us with located at 428 Costner School Rd in Bessemer City, NC.         Since in the new building as of May 1, 2005 the Lord has been working in a wonderful way as we have seen several souls come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.  As well several have rededicated their lives to him and we are seeing a wonderful manifestation of God's presence and work in our church.
