Jay Booth - Real Time Futures Trading Room Moderator

Jay Booth started trading the E-Mini S&P Futures right from the beginning when e-mini became available in 1997. Over the years, he has developed his own successful platform and method for determining when the markets are more prone to reversals or more prone to break outs. Therefore enabling him to make trading decisions that are generally right on the target.

In 2005 Jay moderated an internet based trade room for a well known Brokerage. Through this experience, he found that he had a talent for moderating, as well as the fact that he truly gained more satisfaction in teaching others, than he did in daily trading. After the Brokerage closed their on-line Trading Room, he now is venturing out on his own, with Jay’s Double Nickel ES School 250 Target on PalTalk’s internet communication program.

Model Overview

The model is a proprietary method for trading of the e-mini S&P futures contract. Jay began his study of the S&P market soon after the e-mini’s were created in 1997. Since most of the companies listed in the Standard and Poor’s 500 indexes are traded on the NYSE or on the NASDAQ, he had to factor the movement of both of those markets into his model.

The underlying principles of this model are momentum and retracement. We are all familiar with the expression, “two steps forward, one step back.” This is most often the pattern seen during the course of a normal trading day. His study centered on estimating this forward and backward movement. In this way, he can estimate projected major support and resistance areas. Once the market has reached these levels, he can further estimate how much momentum or retracement can be expected coming off these levels. This movement away from the major support and resistant levels, with simple charting methods of the model, then indicates where he can look to either make initial entries, or take remaining profit.

His model has met the test of time. It took about three years to complete his work on this model. And since that time, the market has changed dramatically. Nevertheless, the basic components of this model have proven successful and enduring.

The model is effective in various market conditions and provides a more immediate indication, “fast alerts”, of changing market conditions. His model creates aggressive entry and exit targets that allow maximum profit potential, with very little retracement on winning trades, and a very tight stop losses on losing trades.

Above all, he wanted to “KISS” this model. If you are not familiar with this acronym, it means, “Keep it Simple, Stupid.” Time spent calculating technical indicators means you’re not focusing on the market movement, as much as you are focusing on your technical indicators. This was actually the most challenging part of his work in developing this model. Some of his objectives are very sophisticated.

Jay’s Double Nickel ES School 250 Target’sThe goal is to provide services to all classes of traders, from the newest beginner, to the advanced and even veteran investors. Jay offers all E-Mini Day Traders a real time trade room, while sharing his experience as a veteran trader, which he will teach you a new way of looking at the market. From 15 minutes prior to the opening of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Futures Market to 15 minutes after the closing of the bell, Monday through Friday, (excluding any National Holidays), members will have access to a private PalTalk Room, where you will be guided thru daily E-Mini S&P Futures trading strategies and step by step guidance. Members will have the opportunity not only to hear moderator’s model strategies, but Jay encourages everyone in the room to benefit from the experience of others and share their ideas and opinions so that you all can learn from each other. A small monthly fee is charged per month for membership.

Jay also provides all members with daily ES Chart Performance, daily transcripts of room text and regular emailed Newsletters or Market updates through out the week. He encourages members to email him with any questions they have about his model, or the daily market itself. Many times these questions turn into the Newsletter of the day, sharing his response to whole the Membership.

Jay’s Double Nickel ES School 250 Target also offers Group Training Sessions, which will be conducted every Wednesday of each week. Jay reserves the right to raise the fee substantially for professionals, (brokers, CTA’s, other industry professionals, a professional fee will be discussed as to per your customer base), or refuse to offer training, on a case by case basis. There is no difference in the Training Material, regardless of fee charged. A one time fee covers the price of the following; a) Instruction Letter, b) Training Manual, and c) Copy of Model. All Training material will be sent to you via email once payment has cleared the bank. Included free of charge is an on-line group training session with Jay, as well as 30 days of free Room Membership. During this Training Session you will be taught how to setup and use this model so you may trade on your own or after market hours, if you should choose to.

Group Training Session will be conducted each Wednesday of the week, on PalTalk from 8:15AM US Central Time Zone to 3:30PM US Central Time Zone. Exceptions maybe made as required as to, day and time sessions held.

If you feel you need additional session time, you may join the following week’s Group, free of charge.

Those joining as a ES Training Session member: Jay’s Double Nickel ES School 250 Target will receive ES Trading Model & ES Training Material via email directly to member once payment has been made and verified. Fee for Training Model & Training Material includes 1 free month of membership to regular ES Trading Sessions in Jay’s Double Nickel ES School 250 Target’s chat room. This is a 1 time payment for Training Materials and a month’s access to ES Trading Sessions, training is provided free of charge and there are no recurring or monthly charges.

Those joining as a Chat Room Monthly ES Trading Session member: Jay’s Double Nickel ES School 250 Target will provide unrestricted access to Jay’s Double Nickel ES School 250 Target chat room on Paltalk, once monthly payment has been received and verified. Monthly membership fees are recurring and will be invoiced out the third week of every month until member notifies us in writing that they no longer which to participate in the Monthly Chat Room ES Trading Sessions.
