We meet term time at Saint John’s Burlington Methodist church, st Johns Rd Bridlington 8.00pm-9 30pm on Wednesdays to practise. We aim to be able to dance out in the summer term, the dances we have learnt, to share the fun of Morris with others. We will be recognised by our green tatters, our kit being representative of the legend of the green man, our name makara being part of the far history of the exploration of the green man, to its possible home land of India. With our sticks, hankies and bells we try to capture the sprit of the lord of the dance, as we move together with the music to create a oneness with nature.
