DRAG CITY PROJECT UPDATE:

If you're wanting to know what is going on with DRAG CITY (the drag strip) being built we can sum it up by saying that IT WILL NOT BE BUILT IN BANNING!  After a 7 year period of hard work, the Banning RDA voted to kill the project this past October 2007.

As an attempt to give us "due process" the city also held a public hearing this past January where the Planning Commission voted to revoke our Unclassified Use Permit. We then appealed to the Banning City Council on March 11, 2008 and were denied our request to keep our entitlements intact. Thus putting the final nail in the coffin for the project to be built in Banning.

On April 16, 2008, we filled a lawsuit against the City of Banning. (For more details read the Lawsuit here )

Pending the sale of the project property, we will pay our investors and local sponsors back.

What's next?  We don't know.  DRAG CITY (the drag strip) we believe will be a reality one day. However, whether or not it happens in Southern California or elsewhere is still to be decided.
