Grandmaster Gelinas has been involved in the Martial arts his entire life.

He has studied under many Grandmasters, Masters & Instructors in various Disciplines in the Korean, Japanese,Okinawan, Chinese and Filipino Arts.  

He has been invited to sit on the Board as both a Member and Senior Advisor to many Organizations around the Globe. He has also been awarded various ranks in several systems by the Foremost Authorities of those systems as well.

Grandmaster Gelinas has worked hard and studied diligently all aspects of the Martial arts that he teaches. He has been awarded Honoray rank and Cross ranked in many systems over the years by Instructors in their respective systems, which is not uncommon in todays day and age in the Martial arts community.

Grandmaster is an Honest and caring gentleman who enjoys sharing his knowledge with others to help them grow. He also enjoys studying with others to obtain more knowledge to add to his ever growing skills.

Unfortunately in todays world their are those that frown upon this type of thing. Those Martial artists that see this as collecting certificates and or portraying yourself to be more knowledgable that you really are. these people will take every opportunity to knock others for being so eager to always learn something new, and to be prepared for any situation in Combat that might present itself.

Politics in the Martial arts has NO place!! Unfortunately it will never stop so although this is taking place we must not lose sight of our Dreams, and stay on our own path no matter what obstacles might present themselves. Just take them with a grain of sand and Brush them off of the path and keep on moving forward.

There was a young man years ago who studied every art he possibly could. He took what was useful from Korean,Japanese,Chinese,Filipino &Western systems and created his own system of Martial arts which is one of the most widely practiced and respected systems today.
