Welcome to our booking site for our Whangarei Holiday Houses and Rarotonga Beach House accommodation.      

• Please ensure you select the approx amount of guests and correct property.  
• Note: If you make an error and exit halfway thru the booking process, the website will hold your attempted booking in a booking basket for 10 mins for you (you will note this if the days you attempted to book are sold when you return to the site). Just click the Book Now button again and you will be taken to the original  booking where you can continue with the original confirmation or cancel the reservation.
• If you prefer to Direct Debt just email us an enquiry and we will send you a booking invoice with our account details.
• Stays less than 5 nights between 20th Dec = 20th Jan short stay surcharge applies (min stay 3 nights for 4 Brm House). 

  Note: When Booking less than 3 nights $10.00 per guest short stay surcharge is additional to Booking total.
