We pay our workers according to productivity . For Customer Service at home We pay $0.5 cents call backs and $0.10 cents to a $1.00 and up a day , pay $0.2 cents for work effort . We pay $2.00 - $5.00 plus more every completed call for some projects .You are paid $10.00 for every CellPhone sale and $20.00 every Dental Plan sale .You are paid bonuses from $50 to $100 dollars every 6 months . You are paid a income tax credit every year according to whatever is accumulated for the whole year . You are given a paper reward along with cash reward for staying with the company .You are paid vacation time after your 6 months probationary period . We do not pay candidates who do not work the program .
With only the Customer Sales position you will not be paid hourly or what is offered in the Customer Service At Home position . You will be paid for each sell you make and other payments are giving according to work effort and potential .
We ask all workers to report emergencies all days off and vacation time
ALL workers must work at least 6 hours or more each week in order to stay with the program !!! If cannot comply with this , this will jeopardize recieving your cash credit at the end of each year including cash rewards , bonuses and will end assignment .Three attemps will result in termination .
We ask that all workers or number dailers work your available shifts . Please schedule all times and days ahead of time . Bonuses and rewards are required for some projects . Not working your scheduled Time or the program , too many inactive results will count as termination of employment . For all workers Make sure you are prompt with all call outs and not able to work your shifts please let us know by email or by phone . Prior to being hiring with the company , you have to sign and mail back policy form for prompt payment to you as paper paycheck or Debit card payroll .
If policy form is not signed and mailed back to us could jeopardise you recieving a paycheck from us .
Please be professional on the phones calling customers . Must read script that is provided accuratley . Must be able to talk politely to irate customers . Must have a computure and be willing to work from home . Please note paychecks are deposited onto debit cards orpaper checks in the name pastorblessclub or HolyGhost Power Ministries Church mailed !!!
