Dear Mr. Dubriel:
All of Virginias’ friends tell her that there is no such phenomena call a Reverse Mortgage. is that true , Mr. Dubriel? First please, Anonymous, tell Virginia to tell all of her friends that they are completely wrong! President Reagan signed the bill into law in 1987, Virginia; so there will always be a Reverse Mortgage, Virginia, as long as the sky is blue, the grass is green, and the rivers flow to the sea. And I think Virginia that will be for a long, long time. Now I will tell you, Virginia, and your friends, what is a Reverse Mortgage! First it’s not an incredible hoax; well, it is a program that keeps on giving month, after month, and year after year, ad nausea and the good thing about it Virginia is that you don’t have to ever repay the loan as long as you make the house your primary home, and the second, thing it’s government insured witch means you, the home owner, may take the equity( another word for profit) out of your home to use as you wish. Before Reverse Mortgage, Virginia, there were two ways a homeowner could get money out of his/her home: you could sell or apply for a home equity loan. Neither options offered the homeowner good financial choices. But if you are 62 and have 40% equity in the house, you may borrow that equity to buy a second house, a business, pay your Income Taxes, or go on a vacation. In other words, it’s your money; thus, it’s up to you as to how the money is spent.
A reverse Mortgage is especially good for you who ARE business persons that HAVE cash flow problems. You have missed out on very good deals IN THE PASS because you did not have the ready cash on hand when a fellow businessperson had to close-up his or her store. Your friends got the good deals while you stood on the side line shaking your head and dreaming what might had happen if you had funds you could quickly put your hands on. A Reverse Mortgage would preclude that from again happening to you.
A reverse mortgage home equity loan is never repaid as long as you live in the house, pay your taxes, home owner’s insurance, and keep the house livable
Since it is secured solely by the equity in your home, your heirs inherit the property minus the amount of money you took out for your own expenses. Your heirs have the option to sell it or refinance it with a second reverse mortgage. A reverse mortgage can go on indefinitely if your heir is age 62. A reverse mortgage, in a few instances, can stop a foreclosure; that is, if it is just beginning. You can’t ever owe more than what the house is worth as other kinds of loans; these are but a few benefits of a reverse mortgage. But, Mr. Dubriel, why would the government want to pay me to live in my own home? Quite simple: Cost! It costs the government a fraction to pay you to live in your home compared with what the government will pay for your nursing home care. There is also a health benefit; studies have shown that if you live in your home you will live longer than in a nursing home; you will stay active by doing chores around your house; visiting with friends; going food shopping, and staying active in your house of worship.
Mr. Dubriel, if you sign me up for a reverse mortgage, may I leave the house to my heirs, Can I take money from the house and still keep my Medicare, will I have to pay taxes on the money I take out of my house, will my Social Security be cut , will I have to be working ? No, Anonymous, to all the above but one, you may leave the house to your spouse, child, or house of worship or whomever you wish. Again you will never lose your house. Before you sign-up for a reverse mortgage, however, I would urge you to talk with your family, friends, and talk with senior citizen groups about a reverse mortgage. Some will know something about a reverse mortgage for some may have reverse mortgages themselves. You may go-online, and conduct a search yourself by typing reverse mortgage. You will be surprise by the amount of information there is online. And of course, you may phone me if I haven’t answered your questions completely. I can be reached in Florida at: 407-962-8308 24/7.
Sincerely
Roy Dubriel,
Ps: Please don’t forget to check your credit card statement each month to make sure that your interest rate has not increased since your last payment. You may reduce your credit card or car payments or mortgage payments 1, 2, or 3% by making a phone call and asking for a lower interest rate. You may save yourself a lot of worry the next time you take the bus, train, or plane if you would ship your bags a day before you leave to the address where you will be staying so they will be there when you arrive. Place a brick or a capped bottle of water in your toilet tank so that each time you flush, you will save Florida several ounces of water. You can add years to your life expectancy if you are porgy, and rid yourself of many killer diseases by undergoing a gastric by-pass operation. Our ad is in the last page in Saint Catherine of Sienna Bulletin. Please phone:
1-888-995- and spell out the word HOPE on the phone keypad if you are facing foreclosure and under 62.

you want to ask me something about myself or my web page, I can take your question that’s been galling
on your mind for a long time. But you were too ashamed to say just what that question was; No problem! Others have felt like you for as long as man been on this planet. So, go on and ask. I am here to help.
You may ask me any question you wish; I may not answer you, however, for a myriad of reasons: 1. I may not know the answer to your question; 2. I may know the answer but would rather allow one of our guests to answer; so instead of hearing me run on and on, our visitors may participate actively on-line.

I would like to make a web page that is radically different from the usual ones; web pages you are so accustom to seeing online. I will, of course, have to do a lot of research, and I welcome your suggestions; on what I should put into my web page. It will not be one without commercial interest however. I want to make some money, for money is essential to every kind of human end ever.Click here.html If you want to buy, rent, or swap items.
I would like to find out what people in other countries are teaching their school children about us. I enjoyed reading about children in other countries when I was a child in the 30’s,and as a teenager in the40’s, and, not even as late as the 1950’s were There much about people in other countries available in my school to me and young people. I remember my Geography book as one book that told me a few things about other children in foreign countries. I think it was called: Our Neighbors near and Far, and there were other magazines, such as my weekly Reader, AND a news paper that the school subscribed to called: “News of Today.” I could pick-up shortwave RADIO STATIONS late at night or very early in the mornings. Other than that, I had a limited knowledge of how other people’s way of life was like.
Do you know about the people living on the Island of Madagascar or Greenland or Zimbabwe or Zanzibar or the islands in the South Atlantic or the people in the Andes Mountains or Atlas Mountains? How much do you know about our neighbors Canada, Cuba, and Mexico? Can you name the Canadian provinces that border onto our country, or the states in Mexico that are across the Rio Grand from us? The kids in Mexico and Canada can name our states on their borders.
Those are the kind of things that “turn me on”. I hope that they will do the same for you.
In the 1950’s everything was about us, but now we are fading as a world power.
I hope my web page would slowdown the change, witch is inevitable. What can you and I do to slowdown all that from happening? Do all that you can to learn about people in other lands at all time and to improve yourself at all times. I will give my visitors a better knowledge of how the rest of the world sees us, and of course, vice-versa. I will try to leave the world in better shape than how I found it. However, I need your help to accomplish this goal. .

I am a mortgage broker, an insurance man, (term life and long term health), but my forte is Reverse mortgages for people over 62. Double click here html to read about term insurance, Long-term health and reverse mortgages.
You may e-mail me at ydubriel@earthlink.net but whatever you do, please revisit me as often as you can. If you did not find what you were looking for this time, you may find it on your next visit. There will be new things added as I develop this web page. I would like to add a guest book, Bog, sound, and a pole counter but I have to do more study to learn how to do all that.
A Potpourri of interesting things will be a good name for my web page
.
Affectionately yours,
Roy Dubriel
