| 2. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences. |
| 3. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data.... |
| 4. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears. |
| Note: This step may take a minute or two. This window will disappear when the process finishes. |
| 5. When complete, close your browser and then re-open it and go to tiptopwebsite.com/login You will now be able to log into your account. |
