Painting of Rental House

In the early morning on Aug. 15, 2009, ten men from the Mt. Vernon Christian Church arrived to begin painting our rental house. This was another gift from Mt. Vernon to help   promote our church development.

The age range of the painters was from 15 to 81. Observing the joy of the youngest to the oldest in giving their labor of love is truly God’s presences and an example that all Christians can emulate.

It was inspiring to be part of this crew as our members blended in to assist the transformation of the house.
