Fish we target:
Spring Steelheading in Michigan’s Northwoods means hot silver fish running line off your reel and leaping out of the water demonstrating their strength and power.
To fly anglers Northern Pike and Muskie post spawn time spells excitement in capital letters! Explosive strikes, haunting follows and big boils. They take large bright colored streamers, long casts and stripping lots of line in for one of these toothy creatures.
Brown trout hex hatch time has a long history of tall tales, bent rods, big mayflies and trophy fish.
Smallmouth bass, referred to as Bronzebacks, are a hard driving brawny and pulsating fish that offer one wild ride.
Michigan's Upper Peninsula is famous for it's "Brook trout." This trout is notorius for their gullability and are often not very selective in fly patterns. Attractor flys as well as streamers are most effective when the bite is on! If there's one best place in the US to hook " BrookTrout", the UP's tannic waters are your best bet.

Grouse and Woodcock Hunts:
Autumn in Michigan is a great time to be in the North Woods hunting for ruffed Grouse and Woodcock! Hunting with a good bird dog is a must. Bring yours or we will provide one. We hunt over experienced German Wire Haired Pointers of NAVHDA-certified Pedigree.
Our choices of hunting areas range from the Pigeon River State Forest to the middle of the Upper Peninsula. Grouse and Woodcock hunting is a very demanding sport. For safety reasons we cannot accept beginning hunters on our Wing Shooting Outings.
Offering Fall “Cast and Blast” trips getting your double fix fishing for Salmon and Steelhead in the morning and bird hunting in the afternoon.
